Legal Services

Legal Services provides comprehensive legal support to the University, including contract negotiation, drafting and management; litigation and dispute management; copyright and intellectual property oversight; student disciplinary processes; proactive identification and mitigation of legal risk; and the provision of sound, timely legal advice to University Management.

The unit is committed to a proactive approach to legal risk management, aimed at mitigating potential exposure and ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and University policies.
